🛍️ What is The Tag Bar?
The Tag Bar is a small business created for healthcare girlies who love adding personality to their shift. We offer cute, bold, and giftable accessories like handmade glass cups, badge reels, brooches, headbands, and curated gift sets.
💗 Are your glass cups handmade?
Yes. Our glass cups are handmade with care and prepared individually before shipping.
📦 How long does processing take?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing. Most orders are processed within 2 business days before shipping.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
📬 Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
🛍️ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Because many of our items are handmade, custom-curated, or prepared in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
📦 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email help.thetagbar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
your order number
clear photos of the damaged item
clear photos of the packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item and situation.
⚠️ What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Tag Bar is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
📍 What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. The Tag Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
🥤 How do I care for my glass cup?
To keep your cup looking its best, please follow these care instructions:
Hand wash only
Do not microwave
Do not soak bamboo lid
Dry bamboo lid immediately after washing
Handle with care
🎁 Do your gift sets come exactly as shown?
Gift sets may vary slightly depending on the items selected, product availability, and the set purchased. Please read each product description carefully to see what is included.
🛍️ Can I customize my gift set or badge reel set?
Yes. Some of our gift sets and badge reel sets allow you to choose specific items using SKUs.
For customizable sets:
find the SKU of the item you want
add the set to your cart
enter your selected SKUs in the order notes at checkout
Please make sure your SKUs are entered correctly so we can prepare your order the right way.
🔢 Where do I find the SKU?
SKUs can be found on the product listing or within the product photos for items that are part of customizable sets.
💗 Do you restock sold out items?
Some items may be restocked, but because many of our products are limited or curated in small quantities, not all items are guaranteed to return.
🎀 Are your items good for gifts?
Yes. The Tag Bar products are perfect for gifting to nurses, RNs, NPs, CNAs, medical assistants, coworkers, healthcare students, and your favorite healthcare girlies and more specialties and roles to come!

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response. We truly appreciate your patience.
✨ Do you offer handmade items and ready-to-ship items?
Yes. Some items, like our glass cups, are handmade, while others are ready-to-ship accessories that are carefully selected and packed with your order.
🩺 Who are your products made for?
Our products are made for healthcare workers who want cute, bold, and personality-filled accessories for their shifts. This includes nurses, CNAs, medical assistants, and other healthcare girlies who love adding style to their workday.
💌 Can I place an order before a launch or restock?
If early access ordering is available, it will be announced on our social pages or website. Otherwise, please wait for the official launch or restock date listed.
