At The Tag Bar, we want you to love your order. Because many of our items are handmade, custom-curated, or prepared in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

🛍️ All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

change of mind

ordering the wrong item

no longer wanting the item

incorrect item choice made by the customer

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email help.thetagbar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number

clear photos of the damaged item

clear photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item and situation.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order:

handmade cups

badge reels

brooches

headbands

gift sets

limited quantity items

⚠️ Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Tag Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
