Processing times generally take 24 to 48 hours, and most orders are processed within 2 business days before shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact help.thetagbar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and clear photos of the packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item and situation.

Because many of our items are handmade, custom-curated, or prepared in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

⚠️ Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The Tag Bar is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. The Tag Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
