Because some of our items, including our handmade cups, require care and preparation, please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing.

Most orders will be processed within 2 business days before shipping. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please email help.thetagbar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item and situation.

Because many of our items are handmade, custom-curated, or prepared in limited quantities, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Tag Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. The Tag Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
